Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operational activities of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise and train staff members, conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing shrinkage through effective control measures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and optimal stock replenishment.
- Analyze operational performance data and prepare regular reports to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the workplace.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operational management, retail management, or supply chain logistics.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Proficient in using computer applications, specifically MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
