Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards
- Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular inventory checks
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and attract customers
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive shopping experiences
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations in the store
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail supervision or management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and operational metrics
