- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production operations to meet quality and efficiency targets
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, yield rates, and resource utilization for operational optimization
- Develop and execute safety protocols to ensure zero workplace incidents
- Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process enhancement initiatives
- Manage operational budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing operations with team leadership
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and cross-functional projects
- Certification in OSHA or equivalent safety management systems
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
