In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our corporate fleet, managing vehicle maintenance schedules, and optimizing resource usage. You will act as the central point of contact for vehicle requisitions, tracking operational costs, and reporting on fuel consumption to ensure maximum efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Track and report daily vehicle operational costs, fuel usage, and maintenance expenses accurately and on time.
- Process and manage vehicle requisitions from various internal departments efficiently.
- Coordinate with external service providers for routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency servicing.
- Maintain a comprehensive logbook of vehicle mileage, usage history, and service records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review and analysis.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with local traffic laws, safety standards, and regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of vehicle parts and fuel to prevent downtime and operational delays.
- Assist in the procurement of necessary vehicle supplies and safety equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in any field.
- Valid SIM A (or SIM B if driving larger vehicles is required).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and basic vehicle maintenance procedures is preferred.
