As our Operations & Admin Coordinator, you will wear many hats, from managing critical business permits and statutory compliance to overseeing payroll coordination and HR initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily business operations.
- Oversee the processing and renewal of local business permits and ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate payroll activities, including timesheet monitoring and data verification for disbursement.
- Support HR initiatives, including onboarding of new hires, maintaining employee records, and benefits administration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor management.
- Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management review.
- Assist in the implementation of company policies and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in office operations, administration, or HR support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and permit processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professional discretion.
