Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations and workflow efficiency.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical documentation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring document security and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for management review.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective purchasing.
- Support various departments with scheduling, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
- Assist in onboarding new staff and maintaining records related to office security and health protocols.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal inquiries and guest reception.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential company information.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
