You will play a key role in supporting our management team by handling administrative tasks, optimizing office processes, and ensuring accurate reporting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations to support property management workflows.
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy within internal property management systems and databases.
  • Coordinate communication between tenants, vendors, and property owners.
  • Prepare and process essential documentation, including lease agreements and inspection reports.
  • Monitor and update project status reports to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle general office inquiries and provide exceptional administrative support to the leadership team.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly operational performance reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Familiarity with property management software or CRM platforms is a significant plus.
