Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team to ensure smooth daily business functions.
  • Manage document control systems, including the systematic filing, retrieval, and updating of operational records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate workflow efficiency and resolve administrative bottlenecks.
  • Prepare and generate accurate operational reports, memos, and presentations for management review.
  • Assist in the maintenance of office supplies, inventory logs, and facility coordination within the North Region site.
  • Handle incoming inquiries, schedule meetings, and manage correspondences with professional discretion.
  • Ensure compliance with company data protection policies and document retention guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously under deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
