- Manage daily administrative operations and coordinate office activities
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain logistics
- Implement and maintain operational procedures for efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for leadership

- Support project implementation and process optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-functional projects
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
