Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate packing lists for all outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and product specifications
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with warehouse and transportation teams
- Manage inventory documentation and stock reconciliation systems
- Process administrative paperwork including shipping forms and operational reports
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely material procurement and delivery
- Support operational audits by maintaining organized records and documentation
- Assist in troubleshooting logistics issues and implementing process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent administrative certification
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic understanding of supply chain management principles
- Good communication skills for internal and external stakeholder coordination
