The Grab Driver Acquisition and Onboarding Department is at the heart of our mission to provide safe, affordable, and reliable transportation. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Marikina City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial and operational processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and recruitment of driver and rider-partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, manage budgets, and drive data-informed decisions that directly impact growth and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions related to driver and rider-partner onboarding, including payments, incentives, and expenses.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support department goals and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Marketing) to streamline onboarding processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor operational metrics and generate dashboards to track recruitment performance, partner conversion, and retention rates.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of standard operating procedures for driver acquisition and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, tax regulations, and legal requirements in the Philippines.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to process automation, partner experience enhancement, and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or a similar role; experience in the ride-hailing or logistics industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and financial software; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
