As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for the critical oversight of inventory control, supporting the efficient loading and unloading of vessels and trucks, and maintaining rigorous safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee daily plant operations to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct accurate inventory tracking and reconcile stock levels for fuel and petroleum products.
- Supervise the loading and unloading processes for both maritime vessels and delivery trucks to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate operational reports and administrative documentation.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations during all site activities.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of products.
- Perform regular site inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, inventory management, or a similar logistics-heavy role.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational best practices in the oil and gas or industrial sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and digital inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in Aklan and adapt to flexible shift schedules as required.
