Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the coordination and execution of daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ordering new materials as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Support the organization and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and company events
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational activities
- Contribute process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in administrative or operational support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
