Join The Salvation Army as an Operations Assistant and support the critical infrastructure that powers our community services. In this role, you will assist the Senior/Executive, Operations in ensuring the seamless daily running of the Kitchen, Laundry, and General service areas. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Senior/Executive, Operations in monitoring and maintaining the smooth daily functioning of the Kitchen, Laundry, and General operations.
- Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, and laundry equipment to ensure nothing runs out.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards across all operational zones.
- Coordinate with external vendors for the timely procurement of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate logs and records regarding daily operational activities and resource usage.
- Support the preparation of operational reports and documentation for management review.
- Identify and report minor maintenance issues or machinery faults promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification; ITE graduates are preferred.
- Previous experience in operations, hospitality, or laundry services is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic kitchen or laundry machinery is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to adapt to shifting priorities and perform duties as required.
