In this dynamic role, you will oversee the integrity of Purchase, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) data, ensuring our records are accurate and up-to-date. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key as you serve as the primary point of contact for various departments, streamlining workflows and ensuring information flows seamlessly. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain Purchase, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) data reports with high accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inter-departmental communications and external dealer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely collection and submission of essential operational documents.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in data reconciliation processes to ensure stock integrity.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all operations-related correspondence and reports.
  • Support the operations team with general administrative tasks and scheduling as needed.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company procedures regarding data handling and reporting standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative support, operations, or data entry roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.
  • Familiarity with PSI reports or inventory management software is a distinct advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) area is an added bonus.
