- Learn and master the basics of vessel operations and resource planning to ensure seamless logistical workflows.
- Supervise and actively support quayside operations to maintain high safety and efficiency standards.
- Coordinate with port authorities and vessel captains to align schedules and resource availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and equipment status to prevent operational downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance on the quayside.

- Communicate effectively with the operations team to resolve any logistical issues in real-time.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain).
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or the shipping industry is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Basic knowledge of vessel terminology and port operations is a plus.
- Proficient in using standard office software and operational tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
