Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate handling of customer requests.
  • Coordinate schedules for care staff and services to optimise resource allocation.
  • Monitor service quality and respond to client feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and operational best practices.
  • Manage inventory and supplies necessary for daily operations.
  • Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Foster a positive team environment and provide guidance to junior staff.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations or coordination role, preferably in healthcare or customer service.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected challenges.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service to elderly clients.
  • Singaporean or PR preferred, with valid work authorisation.
