Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflows and meet departmental goals.
- Monitor and maintain compliance documentation in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support logistics processes, including tracking shipments, inventory updates, and coordinating with third-party vendors.
- Prepare and update accurate reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for management review.
- Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for internal team members regarding operational inquiries and updates.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick data retrieval and integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, operations, or logistics roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance standards.
