Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, members, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at all times.
  • Assist in the setup, maintenance, and teardown of sports equipment and facility areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
  • Coordinate and facilitate recreational programs, events, and activities, supporting instructors and participants as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all operational areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly or escalating when necessary.
  • Promote company services, membership packages, and upcoming events through proactive interaction and public relations.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to streamline operations and enhance the overall guest experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional certifications in sports, recreation, or customer service are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or operations role is preferred, but fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for sports, recreation, and helping others.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
