Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process for time-critical and specialty air courier import and export shipments.
- Ensure all shipments adhere to local and international regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Liaise effectively with airlines, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including airway bills, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
- Monitor shipment progress, identify potential delays, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of all operational activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to support business development and service improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier services, or operations, with a strong focus on air cargo.
- Proven track record in customer service, with the ability to handle client inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with logistics software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
