Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership for F&A operational delivery, ensuring adherence to global accounting standards and internal KPIs.
- Oversee large-scale team management, including talent development, performance mentoring, and workforce planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects to optimize financial workflows.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to global clients on complex accounting processes.
- Ensure stringent compliance, risk management, and internal audit readiness across all financial operations.
- Analyze operational metrics and financial data to drive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to integrate best practices and standardized methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in F&A operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a BPO/Shared Services environment.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, diverse teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and proficiency in advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent change management and problem-solving skills with a focus on business transformation.
