Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the co-working space, ensuring a premium and seamless experience for all members.
- Manage full-cycle member relations, including onboarding, inquiries, feedback resolution, and active community building initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, supplies, and event logistics to ensure operational excellence.
- Support the planning and execution of community events, networking activities, and member engagement programs to foster a vibrant community.
- Monitor and manage office inventory, including ordering supplies, managing equipment assets, and maintaining stock levels.
- Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and safety standards to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare regular operational and administrative reports, assisting with budget tracking, expense monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support space tours, viewings, and new member acquisitions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of successful experience in operations, facility management, or hospitality (co-working or serviced office experience is a strong plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine customer-first mindset and high emotional intelligence.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and an exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM and property management software is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work comfortably in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player who thrives on collaboration and building relationships.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage to effectively serve our diverse member base.
