As the heartbeat of our centre, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our daily operations run seamlessly, providing an exceptional experience for both students and parents.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our community, managing everything from initial enquiries and enrolment processes to class coordination and administrative support. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment and possesses the multitasking skills necessary to manage centre operations with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily front-desk centre operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for students and parents.
  • Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, converting leads into successful enrolments.
  • Coordinate class schedules, instructor availability, and student attendance tracking.
  • Manage administrative workflows, including data entry, filing, and inventory of learning materials.
  • Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records for student accounts.
  • Provide operational support to teaching staff to ensure classes run efficiently.
  • Maintain centre cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or operations (experience in an education setting is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage parent expectations professionally.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Ability to work retail or weekend hours as required by the centre operations.
