Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of operations staff to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Analyze existing operational processes and implement improvements to streamline workflows.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with local regulations and company safety standards.
- Manage inventory, resource allocation, and logistics planning to minimize downtime and costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an operations or supervisory role within the logistics or services sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
