Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily business and manufacturing operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with logistics providers and internal warehouse teams to manage incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries.
- Maintain accurate operational records, including inventory logs, procurement requests, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in sourcing raw materials and managing vendor relationships to secure cost-effective and timely supplies.
- Address operational issues and bottlenecks promptly to minimize downtime and prevent order delays.
- Support administrative tasks, such as generating operational reports, processing invoices, and maintaining digital filing systems.
- Ensure that factory and office operations strictly adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, or administration, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and modern ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a strong asset).
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a dedicated, self-motivated work ethic.
- Must be willing to work on-site at our facility in Ulu Tiram, Johor.
