Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for performance marketing? PERSOL is currently seeking an experienced Operations Executive (Affiliate Program) to join our dynamic team in the heart of Singapore. This is a critical 12-month opportunity to drive growth through strategic affiliate partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our affiliate program. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the seamless onboarding of new partners. Your expertise in data analysis will be crucial in identifying trends, optimizing commission structures, and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
As the Operations Executive, you will act as the bridge between our clients and affiliate networks. You will manage relationships, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure compliance with company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliate partners and onboard new ones.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics, including clicks, conversions, and revenue.
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align affiliate activities with business goals.
- Ensure all affiliate campaigns comply with legal and company policies.
- Regularly review and update affiliate commission structures to remain competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
