Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment processes from receipt to final delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock replenishment.
- Monitor platform performance, ensuring product listings are updated and inventory levels are accurate.
- Handle day-to-day operational inquiries and resolve logistics issues with speed and efficiency.
- Liaise with logistics partners and delivery couriers to ensure timely dispatch and service quality.
- Prepare regular operational reports on sales performance, shipping lead times, and order volume.
- Implement process optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in E-commerce operations or FMCG supply chain preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with e-commerce platform backends (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working well in a team.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
