Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily healthcare facility operations to ensure seamless delivery of clinical services.
- Coordinate between medical staff, administrative departments, and external vendors to maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement.
- Implement and maintain standardized operational procedures (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Handle patient scheduling, feedback, and operational inquiries with high professional standards.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvement strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for management regarding operational performance and metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, or a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks and compliance protocols.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and healthcare management software.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
