Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and manage detailed travel itineraries and ensure all bookings (flights, hotels, transport) are accurate and confirmed.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Liaise with local and international vendors to secure the best deals and services for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and payment details in the company database.
- Assist in the coordination of group tours and special travel packages.
- Provide pre-departure briefings and travel advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing efforts and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Malay and Basic Mandarin proficiency is essential for communicating with a broad range of clients.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Travel Management Systems (e.g., Amadeus, TravelSky).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during peak travel seasons.
- A valid Driver's License is an added advantage.
- Passion for travel and a strong knowledge of tourist destinations in Malaysia.
