Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor inventory levels across all retail and distribution channels to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, delivery schedules, and warehouse management.
- Process customer and internal orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Support retail store operations by ensuring timely supply of products, managing returns, and addressing operational queries.
- Maintain and update operational data and records, preparing reports on inventory, logistics, and distribution performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within retail and and distribution operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing effective solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in operations, logistics, or distribution, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with various stakeholders.
