As an Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our export and shipment coordination processes. We are looking for an individual who thrives on precision, possesses a strong understanding of freight forwarding workflows, and is proficient in industry-standard software such as CW1 or Tango. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sea freight operations, ensuring timely execution and documentation for all shipments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to monitor vessel schedules and shipment milestones.
- Accurately input and update shipment costs and financial data within CW1/Tango systems.
- Handle export billing activities, ensuring all invoices are prepared accurately and dispatched promptly.
- Proactively resolve operational discrepancies to minimize transit delays and prevent cost overruns.
- Liaise with customs brokers and shipping lines to facilitate smooth cargo clearance and loading.
- Maintain comprehensive shipment records and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in sea freight operations or freight forwarding.
- Proficiency in logistics software, specifically CW1 or Tango, is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and incoterms.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to solve operational challenges.
