Our team is looking for a dedicated Operations Executive (Technical) to join us in managing our growing fleet of smart vending machines across Singapore. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our technical infrastructure is running seamlessly while providing an exceptional experience for our end-users.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical lifecycle of our equipment—from the initial installation and deployment to routine maintenance and inventory management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full deployment and installation lifecycle of automated vending machines at various locations.
- Perform regular technical maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for site readiness and technical setup.
- Conduct routine operational audits to ensure machines are performing at optimal capacity.
- Monitor and analyze technical performance data to proactively address potential hardware failures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical service records and asset movements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or ITE certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field operations, technical support, or machine maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical issues on-site.
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical field-based work in various locations.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and mobile applications for inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly preferred for site mobility.
