Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end daily operations of the training centre to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Manage classroom setup, ensuring all training materials, audio-visual equipment, and teaching aids are ready before sessions commence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for trainers, facilitating their schedules, material requirements, and administrative needs.
  • Coordinate training schedules and student registration processes to maximize facility utilization.
  • Maintain accurate records, attendance tracking, and inventory management for training supplies.
  • Address student and trainer inquiries professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements in operational processes and facility safety standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or customer service roles, preferably in an educational or corporate training environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
