Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management of retail store operations and online fulfillment processes.
- Support inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and warehouse coordination to ensure product availability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot order processing workflows to minimize shipping delays.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in periodic stocktakes and audit procedures to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the team in analyzing operational performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist with administrative duties and documentation related to store and warehouse activities.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
