Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee daily order management operations, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce processing times
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and finance to resolve order-related issues
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
  • Manage and coach team members, providing guidance on best practices and performance standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Generate regular reports on operational metrics and present findings to senior leadership
  • Liaise with system administrators to optimize order management systems and tools

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in order management, operations, or customer service leadership
  • Proven experience in process optimization and system implementation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of team development and performance management
  • Experience in a hybrid or remote work environment is a plus
