- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and efficiency metrics are consistently met
- Develop and implement operational processes to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team through performance management and skills development initiatives
- Manage inventory control, supply chain logistics, and distribution coordination
- Monitor production data, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi
