Anverson Media Corp, a leading company in the Retail & Consumer Products sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Melaka Tengah, Melaka. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our product-based business, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity across all departments. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers a competitive salary package of RM 5,500 – RM 6,500 per month.
Your primary focus will be to streamline operational processes, manage supply chain and inventory, and lead a dedicated team to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with senior management to develop strategies that enhance operational performance and support the company's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in retail operations, capable of analyzing data, implementing process improvements, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities include managing logistics, optimizing inventory turnover, overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring timely product delivery, and maintaining effective vendor relationships. You will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting operational metrics to management. The role demands excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
