Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and transportation divisions.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and optimizing stock levels to meet demand.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and resolve bottlenecks.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in Manufacturing/Logistics.
- Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Office Suite skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, perform data analysis, and drive strategic decisions.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
