Soul Padel Club is looking for a dynamic and business-minded Operations Manager to lead our premier sports facility in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta. As Padel continues to grow as the world's fastest-growing racket sport, we are seeking a professional who can blend high-end hospitality with efficient sports facility management.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the club, ensuring that every member and guest receives a premium experience. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the facility, from supervising staff and maintaining court standards to driving business growth through events and strategic community engagement. We need a leader who is as comfortable with financial reporting and HR as they are on the front lines of customer service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily club operations to ensure a seamless experience for all members and visitors.
- Manage and mentor a team of staff, including front desk, maintenance, and coaching personnel, focusing on service excellence.
- Coordinate and execute club events, tournaments, and social activations to increase court occupancy and community engagement.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and provide regular reports on P&L and operational expenses.
- Ensure the highest standards of facility maintenance, hygiene, and equipment safety across the premises.
- Handle procurement of supplies and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Implement and refine basic HR policies, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, fitness, or sports recreation.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial management and operational KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle premium customer relations professionally.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required by the club's event schedule.
- Familiarity with sports booking software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
