Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution channels
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams through performance management and talent development
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitor KPIs and data analytics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate logistics planning and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams on vendor relationships
- Prepare operational reports and executive dashboards for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in operations management within manufacturing/logistics
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in Six Sigma or Supply Chain Management preferred
