Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, setting clear KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Develop and implement standardized operational policies and procedures across the organization.
- Collaborate with the IT and Finance departments to integrate technological solutions into manual workflows.
- Monitor operational costs and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Analyze operational data and prepare comprehensive reports for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks through proactive auditing and process refinement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related technical field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the Fintech or Financial Services industry.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a professional command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, and project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
