Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily business operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational goals.
- Develop and implement SOPs to streamline workflows and enhance member service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic business plans and expansion initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure all operational activities align with company values.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Resolve high-level operational issues and escalations promptly to maintain seamless service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operations management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
