Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to drive business efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage departmental teams to ensure high productivity and employee engagement.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and internal departments to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure targets are achieved on schedule.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding operational performance and strategic recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations leadership or senior management role.
- Proven track record of optimizing business processes and increasing operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
