Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and workflow management across all retail outlets to ensure efficiency.
- Drive sales performance by analyzing trends and implementing effective strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing store team to ensure employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and supply chain logistics to minimize waste and maximize availability.
- Monitor P&L (Profit & Loss) statements to control operational costs, optimize margins, and ensure profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, brand standards, health & safety regulations, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex operational issues and customer escalations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or store management, preferably within the FMCG or consumer products sector.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and implement data-driven strategies for business growth.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
