- Lead and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including invoice processing, payment cycles, and month-end close activities with accuracy and timeliness
- Design, implement, and monitor robust internal control frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Drive operational transformation initiatives, identifying process bottlenecks and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency
- Prepare comprehensive financial analysis and reports for management review, providing insights that support strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and Operations to optimize workflows and resolve accounting-related issues
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and international financial reporting requirements
- Manage vendor relationships, resolve payment disputes, and negotiate terms to optimize cash flow and working capital
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field; CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards (PFRS/GAAP)
- Proven track record in process optimization and operational transformation within a shared services or corporate finance environment
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights to stakeholders
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of motivating teams and influencing cross-functional collaboration
- Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to accuracy, deadlines, and continuous improvement
