- Oversee daily supermarket operations including staffing, inventory management, and store layout optimization
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets while maintaining operational efficiency
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards through staff training and service protocol enforcement
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Analyze sales performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years retail management experience with 2+ years in supermarket/hypermarket operations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in retail environments
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Expertise in inventory management systems and retail operations software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in crisis management
