Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in cold chain logistics
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Knowledge of cold chain technologies and temperature-controlled supply chains
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in logistics management software and data analysis tools
