The Role
As the Operations Manager, you are the linchpin of our operational strategy. You will assume full ownership of campaign performance, managing everything from daily operations and team performance to P&L accountability and client stakeholder management. Your strategic insights will guide process improvement initiatives, ensuring we consistently exceed client expectations on quality, productivity, and compliance. You will mentor a team of Team Leaders and agents, cultivating a high-performance culture that values transparency, accountability, and professional development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Medical Billing campaign, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs (Productivity, Quality, AHT, Revenue Cycle timelines).
- Drive financial performance through expert P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team (Team Leaders, Quality Analysts, Trainers) to foster talent and ensure succession planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships and managing expectations through regular performance reviews and strategic business reviews.
- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce denials.
- Ensure 100% compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain the highest standards of data security and patient information confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment, Learning & Development, and HR teams to ensure optimal staffing levels and agent readiness.
- Analyze operational data to forecast volumes, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BPO operations management, specifically within a Medical Billing or US Healthcare account.
- Deep, demonstrable understanding of the US Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management process (from Charge Capture to Payment Posting).
- Proven track record of successfully managing large teams (100+ FTEs) and exceeding operational targets.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
- Willing to work on-site in Davao City and in a shifting schedule (including nights and weekends) to support US business hours.
