Join Hecny Transportation as an Operations Manager for our Sea Freight division in Indonesia. This critical role requires a detail-oriented professional to oversee end-to-end operational processes, ensuring seamless documentation and administrative workflows. You'll be instrumental in coordinating between clients, carriers, and customs authorities while maintaining strict compliance with international shipping regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily sea freight operations including booking, documentation, and cargo tracking
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare and verify critical shipping documents (B/Ls, commercial invoices, packing lists)
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve operational delays or issues
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational KPIs and service targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of sea freight operations experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Fluency in both written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational process improvement
