Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple spa and nail salon outlets to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professional excellence.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including revenue, labor costs, and inventory levels.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory procurement, supplier relationships, and stock levels to prevent service disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all service areas.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with management to drive marketing initiatives and local promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in the spa, salon, beauty, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent understanding of profit and loss (P&L) management and retail performance metrics.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (proficiency in both is highly preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage both staff and high-end clientele.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business operations.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with POS systems and scheduling software.
